Job summary

Fit4Less Host role focuses on friendly member service, membership assistance, and daily club upkeep. You will greet guests, help with membership options, and maintain a clean, safe environment aligned with brand standards.

The position requires basic WHMIS, first aid, and CPR-A/AED certifications, plus reliability and teamwork. The role emphasizes a welcoming, efficient club experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• At least 1 year teamwork or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• WHMIS certification is preferred.
• First Aid, CPR-A and AED certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help with memberships on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with daily tasks and routines.
• Greet members and guests and educate them on processes and options.
• Follow guidelines for club automation and access to services.
• Report issues and coordinate with management for solutions.
