Job summary

Fit4Less is seeking a Host to perform cleanliness duties and deliver friendly member service on the gym floor. The role includes maintaining hygiene standards, assisting members with memberships, and promoting club features in line with Fit4Less procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and basic first aid/CPR certification. This on-site role offers opportunities for advancement in a lively fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• WHMIS First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanliness tasks to ensure club safety and high hygiene standards.
• Provide friendly customer interaction on the workout floor and with members.
• Promote memberships, amenities, and automated options to members and guests.
• Report deficiencies and assist in maintaining the club’s brand and processes.
