Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members and Potential Members at the Club entrance. You will check in members, answer calls, and direct walk-ins while ensuring a positive, engaging experience.

You will promote memberships, services, and amenities with a focus on customer satisfaction. The role requires CPR-A, AED, and Smart Tan certifications, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification is required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to enhance member experience.
• Team-oriented with willingness to help others succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with computers and club systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and potential Members and check them in for workouts.
• Handle front desk inquiries and book appointments.
• Assist Members on the floor with questions about services and memberships.
• Provide information about club services, memberships and amenities.
• Resolve member issues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Conduct Fit-Fix starter sessions for new members.
• Maintain cleanliness and support daily club tasks.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete required training.
• Support sales efforts for memberships and services.
