Job summary

Avanciers Incorporated in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Guidewire Lead to drive design, development, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite.

You will provide technical leadership across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter and mentor the Guidewire team to ensure high-quality delivery.

This contract role offers onsite engagement in Markham with a competitive CAD salary and a deadline of September 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications.
• Provide technical leadership across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter based on project requirements.
• Lead Guidewire integration, customization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor the Guidewire team and drive best practices, code quality, production support, and timely project delivery.

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $160,000 per year or $70 - $75 per hour
