Qualifications

• Design and deliver Guidewire-based solutions that meet availability, security, resilience and performance standards.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and document solution debt.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies across platforms and stages of project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and migrate Guidewire solutions, including legacy policy conversions, with cost, benefit and risk analyses.
• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity across platforms and transition states while balancing short- and long-term goals.
• Mentor team members and contribute to design artifact reviews for service, security, and engineering needs.
