Qualifications

10+ years of Guidewire experience with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
Hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java, SQL, REST/SOAP services, and integrations.
Experience in Guidewire Cloud upgrades, production support, and enhancement delivery.
Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge.
Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery, production support, enhancements, cloud upgrades, and integration initiatives for the Guidewire ecosystem.
Drive technical solutions and stakeholder engagement across the delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate on-site and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.
