Job Opportunity: Guest Services Supervisor

Our Guest Services Department is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team with integrity. Responsibilities include supervising Guest Services, Activities Desk, and East Village Centre Staff, with the ability to delegate and problem-solve efficiently. Compensation: $26.00 per hour

Physical Requirements: Light work, handling loads between 5kg and 10kg, mainly indoors.

Qualifications:

• Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Proven guest service experience and teamwork skills
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (asset)
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of WCB standards and cash handling skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Guest Services Manager in planning and organizing operations
• Supervise daily activities of Guest Services, East Village Centre, and Activities Desk
• Update seasonal POS products, ensure quality and guest satisfaction
• Support and motivate team members, maintain service standards
• Support department operations, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Manage website live chat and oversee Lost and Found organization
• Participate in meetings and committees as required
