Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and front-line teammates. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, mentor staff, and assist store managers to keep facilities well-maintained and operations running smoothly.

Pay starts between $16.40 and $19.38 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits program including RRSP, extended health care, AD&D and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
