Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the shopping centre services, amenities, stores and events.
• Interact with shoppers and retailers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist guests by providing directions, information and answering questions; upsell gift cards.
• Support promotional events and campaigns with the Marketing Director as needed.
• Develop relationships with retailers and educate them about centre services.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
