Aberdeen Mall Kamloops is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to become the primary contact for both staff and customers, delivering best-in-class service across all interactions. The role is multi-functional, requiring strong communication and problem-solving to exceed guest expectations.

The successful candidate will handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email; promote gift cards and promotions; operate the paging system; assist with mobility aid borrowing; and support

Aberdeen Mall is looking for a part time/permanent Guest Services Representative (GSR) to join the Guest Services team as the primary point of contact for both internal staff & external customers and is focused on providing best in class customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applicants must have a minimum of one year customer service experience. Must be available to work all mall hours, including weekends, evenings, and Stat holidays (minimum of two scheduled shifts weekly).
• The position is multi-functional across a broad spectrum of guest service responsibilities including:
• Front-line service answering inquiries in person and via telephone & email
• Gift card sales and promotion
• Operating the paging system
• Controlling the borrowing of mobility aids
• Other daily duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor
• Must be able to provide clear criminal record check
