Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead a team at our Ontario location. You will oversee front-line staff, ensuring guests receive a warm, efficient, and memorable experience throughout their stay.

The role requires a minimum two years in guest services or hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in guest services/hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality standards on a day-to-day basis.
