Job Description

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will always lend a helping hand with a smile. You will take care of guests starting from their arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and leave with a lasting impression. Your passion for hospitality and respect for guests’ belongings are essential.

Starting Rate: $22.82

We recognize tenure through our compensation structure. Hourly rates increase after six months, and annually up to three years. At three years, the pay rate for this role would be $29.51.

Job Duties Include:
  • Owning the front driveway, assisting guests with parking and retrieving vehicles while providing exceptional service
  • Assisting with loading and unloading luggage to and from guest vehicles
  • Delivering guests’ luggage, messages, and other items within the hotel in a timely manner
  • Personalizing the orientation of guests’ rooms in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have a Class 5 Driver License in good standing and a 5-year driver’s abstract dated within the last 30 days
  • Service-focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to lift and push 70+ lbs and stand for 8 hours
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions
  • Driving both automatic and standard vehicles is an asset
Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel cannot assist with obtaining Canadian work authorization.
