Job summary

Massage Addict is seeking a Guest Service Administrator to welcome clients, answer calls, and book appointments across our clinics. You will maintain a clean, organized reception and support the clinic with forms and documentation for new and existing clients.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a service role, strong verbal communication, and a calm, friendly demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred, and reliable transportation is required.

• 1 year of experience within a service-oriented environment.
• Superior verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Professional, good energy, calm, patient, and friendly with great people skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Massage Addict offers a membership program, which allows members to enhance their health through regular massage therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding client service; answering telephone calls and booking appointments


• Welcome clients by greeting and orienting them to the Clinic upon arrival

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
