Job summary

Spring Creek is hiring Guest Services Agents to handle reservations, payments, and check-ins for vacation rental properties in Canmore. You will greet guests on arrival, answer area questions, and maintain a welcoming office environment.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong computer skills, and a friendly phone manner. A mix of days, evenings, and weekends is required, with on-site accommodation available for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations by phone or email using WebRezPro.
• Process payments for guest stays and greet/check in guests on site.
• Answer questions about the area and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns in a timely, respectful manner.
• Respond to emergencies on site and keep the office tidy.
• Assist housekeeping when needed and perform shift reconciliations.

About the role

Guest Services Agents (GSAs) make Vacation Rental Properties reservations by phone and email using the WebRezPro property management system. GSAs process payments for guest stays and greet and check in guests when they arrive on site, answering any questions they may have about their stay and the area.

What you'll do

• Making reservations using the WebRezPro property management system for vacation rental properties guests; enquiries may be made either by phone or email.
• Processing payments for Vacation Rental Properties stays.
• Greeting, welcoming, and checking in guests as they arrive.
• Responding to general enquiries about the area, local attractions and activities, and amenities in the area.
• Dealing with guests’ concerns in a timely, respectful, and appropriate manner.
• Responding to emergencies on site, following company procedures.
• Keeping the Vacations Office neat and tidy.
• Doing a reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Assisting the Housekeeping team, if and when the need arises.

What we're looking for

This position requires individuals to have a pleasant phone manner, excellent communication and people skills, and good computer skills. Knowledge of the surrounding area and attractions is a definite asset. A willingness to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends is required, depending upon the schedule.
