Responsible for welcoming guests, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting department operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create a fun-filled environment with service excellence.
  • Ensure courteous and thorough customer contact.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all guests.
  • Foster teamwork and act as a role model.
  • Remain calm under pressure.
  • Learn guest preferences to enhance their experience.
  • Process reservations, assign rooms, handle payments, and check guests out.
  • Coordinate check-in/out, luggage, and special requests.
  • Maintain accuracy in accommodation availability and guest accounts.
  • Provide information about the property and local community.
  • Support and assist coworkers and management.
  • Work in a cigarette/cigar smoke-filled environment.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to read, write, speak effectively, and perform basic math and reasoning.
  • Possession of a Tribal Gaming License.
