• Inspect the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping personnel.
• Ensure fast and accurate execution of guest service standards.
• Supervise and inspect the quality of work in all rooms.
• Receive guest checkout information and ensure timely cleaning of rooms.
• Monitor the condition of linens and replace old linens.
• Provide guidance and instruction to Room Attendant staff.
• Completes monthly documented inspections on all direct reports.
• Ensures all areas are cleaned on a daily basis.
• Maintains a clean office environment.
• Assists Room Attendants in their efforts to exceed guests’ expectations with regard to room quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping personnel, ensuring that all rooms are preparedin a timely mannerandmaintainedaccording to Cactus Petes standards. Effectively provides instruction and guidance to Room Attendant staff.
• Ensures that fast andaccurateexecution of guest service standards are met and deliveredin accordance withCactus Petes expectations.
• Responsible for the supervision,examinationand daily inspection of the quality of work in all rooms performed by assigned personnel and takes theappropriate stepsto ensure that all rooms meet Cactus Petes standards.
• Receives guest checkout information from the housekeeping office/frontdesk, andtakes immediate steps to ensure that all rooms are cleaned in a timely manner.
• Routinelymonitorsthe condition of linens and replaces old linens to ensure that the Cactus Petes expectation of quality is met.
• Provides guidance, instruction, and room assignments to Room Attendant staff.
• Completes monthly documented inspections on all direct reports.
• Ensures all areas are cleaned on a daily basis.
