Qualifications

• Criminal Background Check clearance is required.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow hotel policies and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Dust all furniture (frames, beds, lamps, TVs, dressers).
• Remove fingerprints and smudges (mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows).
• Thoroughly clean the bathroom area—shower stall, sink, floor, toilet.
• Adhere to brand standard cleaning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with standard room set-up.
• Report all damage found in a room immediately.
• Report all missing items in a room and personal guest items found in vacant rooms.
• Ensure lost and found items are turned in immediately.
• Shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving room.
• Assist with any additional cleaning chores that may be assigned.
