Responsibilities

• Clean rooms according to Sandman Hotels standards.
• Responds to guests and staff inquiries, requests and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensures all lost property items are recorded and handed in to supervisor.
• Reports maintenance and safety hazards to minimize risk.
• Take personal responsibility for equipment and keep it secure.
