Eataly Yorkville is seeking a Guest Relations Lead to oversee the Front-End operations. This role involves supervising cashiers, managing transactions, and enhancing guest experiences in a dynamic setting.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in retail and strong mathematical skills. The position requires flexibility for scheduling, with opportunities for growth and learning about Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role in retail.
• Ability to handle money accurately and perform mathematical equations.
• Intermediate computer skills including email and Microsoft Office.
• Smart Serve certified.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between staff and management.
• Supervise the Front-End team for optimal performance.
• Handle monetary transactions and advanced cashiering duties.
• Approve voids, employee discounts, returns, and exchanges.
• Process and settle daily cash and credit transactions.
