Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Excellent English communication; French is a strong asset.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• First Aid and CPR certification (asset).
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Martial arts or defensive tactics experience (asset).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with professional flair while managing access control.
• Maintain a high-profile presence through interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and report incidents or policies violations.
• Work with team via radio and coordinate with local Peacekeepers when needed.
• Act as a first responder for First Aid or CPR situations.
• Ensure guests meet legal standards and company policies to keep environment safe.
