Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a motivated Server Assistant to join the Food & Beverage team. You will support servers, maintain clean dining areas, and assist with food and beverage running to ensure guests enjoy prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume service environments is preferred.
• Casino or hospitality Food & Beverage experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional guest service and work cooperatively with service and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in line with brand standards.
• Support servers during service by delivering items and keeping dining areas organized.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready service areas and assist with table turnover.
• Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately to guests and takeout customers.
• Set up, stock, and reset tables and service stations during shifts.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and department policies at all times.
