Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or casino service is an asset.
• Professional guest service skills and cooperative work with service and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service consistent with brand standards and expectations.
• Support servers during service by responding to guest needs and refilling water.
• Clear plates and reset tables; sanitize surfaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately to seated guests and takeout customers.
• Set up, stock, and close service stations and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and departmental policies and participate in trainings.
