Responsibilities

• Overseeing cash flow with the Point of Sale system and accurate transactions.
• Monitor vending machine operations to ensure stocking and proper function.
• Ensure food items are stocked, counters tidy, and eating areas cleaned.
• Interact with Guests in the Discovery Centre area and provide assistance as required.
• Respond to guest issues promptly, including refunds as necessary.
• Follow safety policies and uphold guest satisfaction through professional service.
• Lead in answering guest inquiries and manage guest recovery as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
