Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring shelves are stocked and customer needs are met. You will contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment where teammates support one another.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. Flexible hours may include days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active through a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
