Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to deliver friendly customer service and keep shelves stocked to meet shopper needs. You will engage with customers, maintain displays, and assist with inventory and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided to help you succeed. This role offers flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.

• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
