Job summary

Kibbi is seeking friendly servers to join our on-site team. You will greet guests, take orders, describe daily specials, and ensure accurate payment handling with cash, credit or debit cards. Applicants should be comfortable balancing cash and maintaining clean dining areas.

Experience in fast-paced food service is helpful. On-site work is required with opportunities to provide excellent guest experiences and contribute to menu recommendations.

Qualifications

• Requires secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to describe menu items and assist guests with selections.

Responsibilities

• Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
• Advise on menu selections.
• Balance cash and record sales.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
