Job summary

Gateway Casinos is seeking a part-time guest service pro to greet and assist guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns at our Ontario locations. You will promote events, explain the rewards loyalty program, and support on-site promotions in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

The role emphasizes a personable, patient demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A minimum of one year in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills.
• The ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and assist guests, answer inquiries, and provide solutions for any concerns.
• Provide information on current and upcoming events and promotions.
• Explain and enroll customers in the rewards loyalty program.
• Assist in implementing on-site events, promotions and entertainment initiatives.
