Vancouver Airport Authority is seeking a Coordinator, Guest Experience Programs to support the Guest Experience team at YVR. The role focuses on administrative support, coordinating guest experience programs, and aiding daily operations to ensure a welcoming guest journey.

Open to Vancouver-area candidates, with opportunities to contribute to ongoing programs and events, and enhancements in passenger services across the airport community.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ relevant guest service experience.
• Plus at least one year of post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of airport operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Guest Experience office team.
• Assist with implementing and coordinating Guest Experience programs.
• Support the daily operation of the Guest Experience team.
