Job summary

Canadian Tire Stores is seeking a friendly Store Associate to deliver courteous service and help customers in a busy retail environment. You will assist with store maintenance, stocking shelves, merchandising and housekeeping while supporting a collaborative team.

No experience is required as training is provided; you must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays and handle physical tasks including standing and lifting. A positive attitude is key.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to customers to ensure they leave with everything they need.
• Execute retail tasks efficiently (stocking, labels, facing, housekeeping).
• Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
