Caressant Care Nursing and Retirement Homes Limited in Listowel, Ontario is seeking a compassionate Guest Attendant to join our team. This part-time role focuses on providing friendly, respectful support to residents and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the day.

The successful candidate will possess First Aid and CPR, strong communication skills, English literacy, and the ability to work independently as directed. Starting wage is $22.04 per hour under the Collective Agreement.

Qualifications

• Suitable formal education
• Experience working with vulnerable people
• Working knowledge of the Retirement Homes Act, 2010
• Able to work independently
• Willing and able to accept verbal and/or written direction
• Good communication skills, read/write English
• First Aid and CPR-certified
• Punctual and reliable
