Caressant Care in Ontario is seeking a passionate Guest Attendant to join our team of care providers. This part-time role supports residents and works with our care team to deliver compassionate service in our long-term care homes.

The starting pay is CAD 21.27 per hour, with terms per the Collective Agreement. Candidates should have suitable formal education, experience with vulnerable people, and First Aid/CPR certification; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Formal education as required.
• Experience working with vulnerable people.
• Knowledge of Retirement Homes Act, 2010.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing and able to follow verbal and/or written direction.
• Good communication skills in English.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Punctual and reliable.

What you bring…

• Suitable formal education
• Experience working with vulnerable people
• Working knowledge of the 'Retirement Homes Act, 2010'
• Able to work independently
• Willing and able to accept verbal and/or written direction
• Good communication skills, able to read and write in the English language

The starting rate of pay is $21.27 per hour , and the terms and conditions of employment are as per the Collective Agreement.
