Chartwell invites you to join The Sumach by Chartwell in Toronto as a Guest Attendant. You will assist residents with daily living needs, support a safe, caring environment, and help residents maintain their dignity and independence.

You will build trusting relationships with residents and their families, bring empathy and a desire to learn, and contribute to a team that values personalized care and everyday moments of joy.

Formación

• Experience caring for seniors is preferred.
• Ability to build trustful, respectful relationships.
• Desire to learn and grow in a caregiving role.

The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner. As a member of the nursing team, they support and encourage the residents to build self-esteem, promote independence and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
