Job summary

Chartwell is looking for a Guest Attendant to assist residents with daily living activities in a safe, caring manner as part of the nursing team at our Hamilton, Ontario community.

You will support and encourage residents to maintain independence, protect their autonomy and dignity, and deliver personalized care with warmth and respect while contributing to a welcoming environment for families and staff.

The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner. As a member of the nursing team, they support and encourage the residents to build self-esteem, promote independence and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
