Chartwell Clair Hills Retirement Residence in Waterloo, ON is seeking a Guest Attendant to support residents with daily living in a kind, safe, and dignified way. You’ll join a caring nursing team and help residents build independence and self-esteem through respectful, person-centred interactions.

You will deliver high-quality care with a personalized touch, learn everyday, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and teammates in a supportive, inclusive Chartwell

Job description

The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with the activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner. As a member of the nursing team, they support and encourage the residents to build self-esteem, promote independence and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
