Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for GTM roles.
• Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS and AI-based sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers across the Americas.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and experiment with new tools to optimize outcomes.
