Job summary

RBC Capital Markets is seeking a driven co-op/intern to join the Client Management team in Toronto. You will manage client accounts from openings to closures, be the main contact for GTB products, and collaborate with Analysts and Relationship Managers to resolve issues.

You will analyze data to fuel strategic initiatives and empower client self-sufficiency. The role is a full-time student/co-op (fixed term) based in Toronto with 37.5 work hours per week, offering mentorship and professional

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a relevant degree and returning to school after the work term ending April 2027
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to analyze data
• Demonstrated communication and presentation abilities and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of client accounts for global financial institution and broker-dealer clients
• Serve as a key point of contact for GTB products and services
• Partner with Analysts, Associates and Relationship Managers to tackle client issues in real time
• Extract actionable insights from data to support strategic initiatives and client self-sufficiency
