Job summary

Cargojet is seeking a skilled Ground Service Equipment technician to maintain and repair its GSE fleet. You will service equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure readiness for operations in a safety-sensitive environment.

Shift work with rotating seven-day schedules and the need to work in hangar or outdoor areas. Post-secondary education and licenses are preferred; RAIC/AVOP eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and automotive licenses or Red Seal preferred.
• Must be able to obtain RAIC and AVOP.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Service, inspect, troubleshoot and repair Cargojet’s fleet of GSE Equipment.
• Maintain and service GSE equipment in a timely manner.
• Carry out daily GSE maintenance and overhaul programs.
• Check equipment condition and perform repairs/replacements.
• Report safety issues through the SMS system.
