Job summary

Method is seeking a Technical Lead for the Growth team to shape onboarding, trial engagement and conversion for SMB customers. You will guide the technical direction, prototype using AI-assisted tools and mentor engineers to deliver measurable activation and paid conversions.

You will own data pipelines, experiments, and cross-team collaboration, while advocating for a strong user experience and scalable architecture. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of software development on production apps.
• 1-3 years in technical leadership roles (Lead Dev/Principal/Tech Lead).
• Full stack with C#/.NET, SQL and React, or similar tech.
• Strong data engineering, analytics and AB testing background.
• Expertise in rapid prototyping, mockups and POCs.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools daily.
• Focus on user experience and usability.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, build and maintain onboarding and adoption experiences for new users.
• Ship partial solutions for quick insights and decide follow-ups.
• Move fast with mockups/POCs using AI tools; review AI-generated code for quality.
• Lead technical projects end-to-end and mentor engineers through design and reviews.
• Set best practices for AI tool usage and development workflows.
