Job summary

Method Integration Inc. in Toronto seeks a Technical Lead on the Growth team to shape onboarding, trial engagement and conversion. You’ll own the technical direction behind onboarding, adoption and payment flows, scoping projects and leading them to production.

You’ll mentor engineers and champion AI-assisted development to speed delivery and improve outcomes. You’ll build and experiment with onboarding experiences, prototypes and data pipelines to track key metrics and steer product decisions.

• Prototype, build, and experiment onboarding and adoption experiences for new users.
• Ship partial solutions to get quick insights, then decide whether to strengthen and automate them or discard them based on what you learn.
• Move fast with mockups, POCs and rapid development, using AI‑assisted tools wherever they speed things up.
• Advocate for the user, making sure our products are intuitive and easy to use.
• Design and build data pipelines to log events and track user behavior accurately.

The Opportunity

As Technical Lead on the Growth team, you’ll shape how new users discover, adopt and pay for Method. You’ll own the technical direction behind onboarding, trial engagement and conversion, scoping projects, designing solutions and leading them from idea to production. Your success will show up in outcomes like activation and trial-to-paid conversion.

You’ll also set the bar for how the team builds with AI. You’ll use AI-assisted development tools to prototype and ship faster, and mentor the engineers around you to do the same, well and responsibly.

Method is a Toronto-based company, founded in 2010, building a customizable CRM for small and mid‑sized businesses. Our product connects directly with QuickBooks and Xero, automating everyday tasks like tracking leads, managing sales and staying on top of customers. We’re investing in AI across our product and in how we build it.

What You’ll Do
