The Controller will establish and lead the financial reporting function, support scalable systems, and provide insights for strategic decisions. Experience with IFRS and multi-entity consolidations is essential, with ERP/NetSuite experience preferred.

Qualifications

• IFRS reporting expertise and financial statement prep.
• Experience leading multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the financial reporting and accounting function as the business grows.
• Own the preparation of accurate, timely IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and ensure consistent reporting.
• Establish accounting policies, procedures and internal controls for growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes.
• Evaluate and upgrade accounting systems to support scale.
• Lead or support scalable ERP implementations.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, reliable and compliant with regs.
