Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Product Growth Manager for a leading AI SEO platform in Montreal. The PGM will be the primary human contact for customers, working with product teams to maximize value and upsell the full suite. You will regularly meet clients and design solutions to help them grow faster with our products.

This role sits at the crossroads of product and account management, with a growth path toward product and engineering responsibilities as you evolve with the company.

• Comfort with AI tools like Codex and Claude for building solutions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge customers and product teams to ensure value delivery.

• Meet with clients regularly and translate needs into product solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Product Growth Manager for a leading AI SEO platform. The role of a PGM is to work between the customers and product teams to ensure customers are getting the most out of all of our products and upselling them to using our full suite. The PGMs will meet with their customers on a regular basis, be their main human point of contact at the company and work with the product team to build solutions to help their customers grow faster and get more from our products.

This role really sits at the intersection of what is traditionally seen as Product and Account Manager and the PGM is expected to contribute to both. The career path for a PGM is to eventually be on the product and engineering team
