Superhuman is seeking a Head of Growth Product, Mail to drive compounding growth across web, desktop, mobile, and integrations. You will lead growth PMs, own funnels, and collaborate with Grammarly, Go, and central teams to scale revenue as part of the Superhuman suite.

The role is senior and cross-functional, requiring deep analytical fluency and a track record shipping product rapidly with imperfect data. AI-native experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with growth leadership at a PLG company.
• Managed growth PMs and ownership across multiple funnels.
• Strong data-driven approach to funnel optimization and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional growth team across web, desktop, mobile, and integrations.
• Own multiple growth funnels and partner with Grammarly, Go, and central teams.
• Report to Head of Marketing & Growth and drive revenue-focused initiatives.
