Qualifikationen

• Ability to travel within Ontario and Canada and work evenings/weekends.
• Experience supervising and developing managers or organizational leaders.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial performance.

• Supervise and coach General Managers, providing development and performance feedback.
• Build leadership capacity across General Managers and KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews with HR and the Thrift Director.
• Analyze financial and operational performance with Finance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance thrift impact and growth.
