Growth Partner - Business Development Specialist (Commission-Based)

Company: Basque Leadership Group

Role Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: 20% Commission per Closed Sale (Avg. $10K–$13K per sale)

Location: Remote (preferably based in Canada)

Your Mission

As our Business Development Specialist, your singular focus will be to leverage our current client base to generate warm introductions to new organizations — then guide those leads into discovery calls.

You’ll work alongside our founder, Gabriel Basque, and our operations team to help grow a movement of leadership transformation, one introduction at a time.

What You’ll Do

• Build a simple referral system with our current and past clients

• Craft and send follow-up email sequences on behalf of Gabriel

• Book and manage discovery calls using our CRM and calendar

• Create new group coaching opportunities (EPP and EPL)

• Nurture leads through value-first communication and follow-ups

• Report weekly progress and pipeline insights to our team

• You’re relational and naturally gifted at following up with purpose

• You have experience in sales, client success, or outreach

• You’re organized, consistent, and take ownership
