Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Growth Operations leader to partner with senior teams, drive growth initiatives, and deliver scalable process improvements. You will own transformational projects, develop data-driven reporting, and align with Product and Technology to execute a growth roadmap.

The role requires 3–6 years in consulting or operational roles, strong analytics, and exceptional communication to influence senior partners. Hybrid environment and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in management consulting, finance, or hands-on operational role in a start-up
• Highly analytical, master of structuring ideas and data into spreadsheets with an ability to quantify complex ideas into clear and compelling business cases
• Ability to prioritize effectively with strong organizational skills, wise stakeholder management, time management and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Strong communicator to enact change across a growing organization, represent the company with senior partners
• Process-oriented ethos, bringing solutions to problems that deliver today and at scale
• A curious mind to explore bold ideas, new technology and innovate smartly.

Responsibilities

• Partner in core business functions to drive growth and value
• Deliver day-to-day improvements to core processes and grow business results
• Evolve user journey and experience for borrowers, brokers and capital partners
• Develop impactful and action-oriented data reporting to support better decisioning
• Help generate and prioritize growth roadmap and interface with Product and Technology teams
• Deliver large-scale projects from scoping to implementation and change management
• Coordinate stakeholders from senior leadership to frontline staff with conflicting priorities
• Overcome complexity and ambiguity to drive value and delivery
• Lead enterprise software implementations and maximize adoption across the company
• Shape Growth Operations ways of working and interaction with supporting functions
