We’re looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager
to help expand our business by developing and executing high-impact digital campaigns that drive outstanding results. Reporting to our VP of Marketing, in this role you'll oversee digital marketing strategies for multiple product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders to optimize marketing initiatives. You’ll have a hand in everything from budget allocation, strategy, and creative development to campaign execution—ensuring maximum ROI while staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across multiple products and channels, specializing in lower-funnel campaigns while supporting mid and upper-funnel initiatives.
  • Manage paid search and paid social campaigns directly on the ad platforms with a deep understanding of SEM strategy, social media advertising, audience targeting, prospecting, retargeting, and data-driven optimization.
  • Be the primary point of contact with key media vendors such as Google and Meta.
  • Lead budget allocation and media planning to maximize ROI across digital channels.
  • Provide strategic direction on budget reallocation based on evolving business needs, product priorities, and campaign performance.
  • Drive ad copy innovation, manage strategic keyword targeting, campaign segmentation, audience selection and conduct advanced ad performance analytics.
  • Proactively review performance marketing performance and make optimizations as needed.
  • Create briefs for creative assets and participate in the creative strategy process along with the internal design and production team.
  • Design, execute, and analyze structured growth experiments or A/B tests, iterating quickly to refine and scale tactics that profitably acquire customers.
  • Conduct regular audits of live digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy in targeting, ad delivery, and landing pages success.
  • Work closely with the development team, external consultants and vendors to improve marketing technology infrastructure.
  • Continuously report on campaign performance and proactively make recommendations and improvements.
  • This is a multi-faceted role with a lot of responsibility, collaboration and leadership exposure. The role could evolve to include line management of 1-2 individuals in the future.
  • Perform other marketing tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a high-volume DTC e-commerce environment, could be a mix of agency and client-side.
  • Proven expertise in SEM strategy, paid social, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads with recent and relevant experience planning and executing campaigns directly on these platforms.
  • Knowledge of GA4 and other analytics tools and systems.,
  • Previous experience with content management systems.
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and drive business decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • A results-driven, action-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Insatiable curiosity about digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Curiosity about stickers, printing, and how small businesses and personal users can leverage these products would be an asset
  • Resides in GTA and will come into Toronto office 2x each week
  • Authorized to live and work in Canada.
