CPC based in Kingston, ON is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive advertising campaigns, manage online presence, and support product development. The role requires self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to start immediately.

Two permanent, full-time positions with day, weekend, early morning and morning shifts. English fluency, college credential, and 2–3 years of related experience are expected. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns to increase sales for products and services.
• Manage an organization’s online presence including websites and intranet.
• Assist in product development and direct marketing strategies.
• Establish distribution networks, initiate market research, and analyze results.
• Prepare and manage budgets and expenditures for marketing activities.
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns and oversee contracts.
• Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
