Job summary

UNIQLO Canada is hiring Store Associates for our new location in British Columbia at Tsawwassen Mills. The Store Associate is the customer service specialist who helps shoppers, listens to needs and provides in-depth product information. We welcome individuals who want to grow with UNIQLO.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Starting compensation is $19.00 CAD per hour, with potential for promotion every few months.

Qualifications

• Store Associates must be able to work more than 32 hours per week for full-time roles; average up to 40 hours.
• Part-time Store Associates must be able to work up to 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain UNIQLO values.
• Remain knowledgeable about brand, products, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
• Upkeep fitting rooms and assist customers as needed.
• Process payments using a POS system.
• Other duties as assigned.
