SMART Technologies is seeking a Global Social Content Creator & Growth Manager in Calgary to bring the brand to life through high-impact social content. You will drive audience growth, engagement, demand generation, and pipeline contribution while collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, Broadcasting, Film, Design, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, agency, brand, or media environment.
• Portfolio required, with examples of social-first content creation, including short-form video, photography, captions, social graphics, or campaign content.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize social media content across SMART’s key channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
• Capture and edit photo and video content in SMART’s Calgary office, including employee stories and events.
• Produce short-form video content: reels, product walkthroughs, interviews, thought leadership clips, customer stories, event coverage.
• Identify stories, employees, products, customer successes, and moments for social-first content.
• Execute social strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation.
• Write platform-native social copy tailored by channel for global audiences with regional marketing alignment.
