Confidential Company, a leading Canadian beverage and food manufacturer based in Metro Vancouver, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead a major growth and transformation.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will oversee sales, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, IT and commercial operations across multiple sites, drive integration of acquisitions, ERP implementation, and deliver operational excellence while maintaining product quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with a proven track record in multi-site manufacturing transformations.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and acquisition integrations.
• Strong change management and data-driven decision making.
